

The former Milk & More premises comprised two detached portal-frame warehouses with low site coverage, extensive hardstanding, and buildings described as being in poor condition, including specialist fit-out. The site required a new layout that could support modern industrial/trade use, with workable access and clear vehicle circulation.

The proposal replaced the two detached buildings with a single rectangular warehouse form organised as three units. Each unit was planned with ancillary office, breakout and WC provision beneath a mezzanine. The site plan placed units to the north, with visitor parking and yard/turning space to the front and staff parking to the south.
