THE BRIEF
Upgrade the communal entrance and shared areas, including a new lift and improved entrance security, while keeping tenant demises unchanged. Reconfigure internal office floors to replace fragmented rooms with clearer zoning, an enlarged kitchen/breakout, updated meeting provision, and an accessible WC at ground level.






OUR SOLUTION
Re-planning centred on the stair/lift core. Ground floor works set a secure line and reorganised access to shared WCs and shower. The first floor was opened up into three zones—boardroom, kitchen/breakout, and open office with pods/booths. The second floor retained WCs/server room and became an open plan departmental layout with storage.
