THE BRIEF
The project replaced an existing dwelling with a new house providing three bedrooms, living space, kitchen/dining, and supporting rooms including bathroom/ensuite, utility and WCs. The planning submission also referenced associated parking and landscaping as part of the development scope.

OUR SOLUTION
The ground-floor plan formed an L-shape around a courtyard. A central hall connected the bedroom wing (including ensuite, bathroom and dressing room) to a living room and a kitchen/dining space, with a utility and WC grouped at the far end.
