THE BRIEF
A dormant, partly refurbished former office building required a new employment-led use. The proposals set out one B8 warehouse and 12 business box units, alongside the necessary yard, loading, parking and access arrangements for the site.







OUR SOLUTION
A rectangular warehouse was placed along the western edge, with parking and access using the existing Fourth Avenue entrance. A new Parkway access served the yard and loading bays. The business box units were positioned in the north-east corner, also using the existing entrance.
