KINGSTON HOUSE INDUSTRIAL ESTATE, SURBITON

Redevelopment of an industrial plot into a terrace of three units with separate entrances, office mezzanines, loading shutters, and reworked parking and servicing.

THE BRIEF

The project addressed an existing single warehouse building with reception, ancillary offices and a mezzanine arrangement, served by limited on-site parking and two vehicle access points. The brief was to replace this accommodation with multiple smaller industrial units, each with independent access, servicing and associated external space.

OUR SOLUTION

The proposal replaced the existing building with a single terraced form divided into three self-contained units. Each unit combined an open warehouse floor with a mezzanine level for office/ancillary use, paired with a dedicated entrance and roller shutter loading. External works reorganised vehicle movement, parking and cycle provision around the new frontage.
